Do you inspect media files?

No. Previews are generated on your own computer; staff cannot browse customer libraries.

What happens after a camera card import?

Every file is checksummed before the source card is marked as safe to reuse.

Can I download an entire project?

Yes. Build a ZIP in the browser or restore the original folder tree with the desktop app.

How do I close my account?

Export your data first, then use the account settings. The retention period and final deletion are shown before confirmation.

Do you offer support for migration?

Yes. Send the approximate size and folder structure through the contact page and we will suggest a safe sequence.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. A change takes effect at the next billing period and never deletes files automatically.
